O'Malley: We also need to invest in our public colleges and universities to make college more affordable for more families.  And we need to make it possible for students to actually refinance their college debt and their college loans, just like we made it possible for people to be able to refinance their, their home mortgages.  We should make income-based repayment plans the norm so that young people whose passion might be teaching or nursing or policing to be able to follow their dreams and also be able to pay their bills and start families.
