I pledge to transform Texas into a haven of opportunity, prosperity, progress...a better Texas.

Rick Perry: The Texas of the 21st century must be a place that invites all, a place where vivid dreams and bold ideas await their realization.  My vision is not to merely celebrate that progress, but to advance it.
