Pro-Hillary Grassroots PAC Launched to Reach Working Families and Latinos in Key Battleground States

Camarillo, CA – Stand With Hillary PAC launched a social media campaign, #SWH2016, to invite working families and Latinos to stand with Hillary Clinton to help her win the Democratic nomination and to fight against gender-based attacks in the 2016 presidential campaign.

The song and video “Stand With Hillary” is featured on the website: www.SWH2016.com and on YouTube and is a country ballad that communicates that Hillary cares and fights for working families.

“Our goal is to use social media to amplify the voices of everyday people who make up the majority of the U.S., but who tuned out the elections in 2014 because they rejected the negativity. Stand With Hillary will help working families show their support and counter the daily onslaught of Republican attacks,” says Daniel Chavez, Chair of Stand With Hillary PAC

Stand With Hillary will raise funds to invest in list-building, and digital advertising, in key battleground states where working families and Latinos will play a pivotal role in 2016.
Stand With Hillary will develop targeted websites and distribute creative content across social media platforms to rebut false narratives and replace them with the truth:

·      Hillary has never forgotten her roots or values
·      Hillary has continued to evolve as an advocate for working families, a public servant, a wife, a mother, and grandmother
·      Hillary has a consistent vision of a strong America that is held up by strong families and strong communities

“Although the economy is improving, working families are still struggling. Hillary understands the urgent need to do more for those who are the backbone of our country. We want to harness the power of working folks who believe Hillary Clinton cares and will represent their needs in 2016,” continues Chavez.

The song “Stand With Hillary” was written and produced by Miguel Orozco, creator of viral hits “Viva Obama” and “Obama Reggaeton” for the 2008 presidential election.

The next Stand With Hillary social media campaign will be released in January 2015 and feature a customized website, song and music video focusing on Latino Outreach.
