Woman:  As a teacher you're told to never pick favorites, but I gotta tell you, when someone stands out, is eager to learn, helps others, it's hard not to.

Hillary Clinton has always put in the work.  She's stood up for teachers and our kids.  Hillary Clinton believes in a high quality education for every student.  She'll work hard every single day to ensure Pennsylvania kids reach their full potential.

That's why I'm supporting Hillary Clinton for President.  And if you need one more reason, remember what you were told: always listen to your teachers.

Man:  Hillary Clinton's proven she's the fighter we need.  As First Lady, as United States Senator, as Secretary of State.  And she'll keep on fighting for our schools and students as the next president.

Pennsylvania teachers have done their homework and they're voting Hillary Clinton for President on April 26th.

AFT Launches Pro-Clinton Ad Campaign in Pennsylvania

Targets African-American Voters

PHILADELPHIA—Ahead of the April 26 Pennsylvania Democratic primary, the American Federation of Teachers launched a new radio and digital advertising campaign today supporting Hillary Clinton, targeting African-American voters, primarily in Philadelphia.

The ads highlight Clinton’s strong support for teachers and families, and cite her history of fighting for schools and students as first lady, U.S. senator and secretary of state.

“As teachers, we understand the importance of having someone in the White House with a proven track record of fighting for students and fighting for our community,” says LeShawna Coleman, a Philadelphia teacher and Philadelphia Federation of Teachers member, in a digital ad.

“She’ll work every single day to make sure Pennsylvania kids reach their full potential,” she says in another ad.

The six-figure ad buy is part of a broader effort by the AFT, which already has run pro-Clinton ads in nine other targeted primary states, most recently in New York.
