Reverend Donnie Hunt: I was sitting alone in a small
bakery preparing for Bible study.
Female Announcer:
Reverend
Donnie
Hunt, associate minister at First Calvary Baptist
Church.
Reverend Donnie Hunt:
When
I
looked up and saw a woman by my table. She gently
asked me what was I studying. I said 1 Corinthians 13. And
what
happened next I'll never forget. She said, "Love is patient, love
is
kind," and went on to recite the rest of the verses by heart.
It
was Hillary Clinton. She sat down, just the two of us alone in
the
bakery, and we talked about church and the need for better schools, and
how to stop racial inequality in our community. She listened, and
I
could tell she knows what must be done. I'm not a political
person, but
I do know that neither our community nor our country can afford to go
backwards.
And with Hillary as our next president, we'll keep moving ahead.
Let's go forward with Hillary Clinton.
Hillary Clinton: I'm Hillary Clinton, candidate for president, and I approve this message.
