Fight Obamacare: Draft Dr. Ben at the Iowa Caucuses

The Iowa Precinct Caucuses are January 21, 2014 -- a big day for the 'First in the Nation' political process!

Please help us ensure that Draft Dr. Ben and his message fighting Obamacare is highly visible at the caucuses.

The fight doesn't end on January 21st though: there are county, district and state caucuses on March 8, April 26, and June 14 as well.  Will you fight to represent your voters at those caucuses and carry the Draft Dr. Ben message to fight Obamacare there as well?

If you are interested in caucusing at any level, please fill out the form below.

What do I have to do?  What are my 'deliverables'?

This mission is to identify Carson supporters for 2016 at the 2014 caucuses and to demonstrate that Dr. Ben Carson is the only potential candidate in Iowa to have a significant ground operation in place.

1.  Attend your caucus!
The link helps you find your caucus.
If they do not have your caucus for your county listed yet, fill out this form.

2.  Arrange with the caucus chair to give a 3 minute speech on Dr. Ben.
The speech is here.  Be sure to rehearse; the speech is only 1 page.
Make arrangements to speak in advance if you can with your caucus chair.  Some caucus chairs will not be allowing advocacy speakers at all; please respectfully honor their wishes and do not argue.

3.  Print & circulate the petition at your caucus (and everywhere else) - give a bumper sticker for each legible email address.
The petition is here.  Fill out the information, request bumper stickers to be mailed to you below.

4.  Encourage people sign and to scan the QR code on the petition.
Make it fun, make it a game.  Many folks don't know how, so help them.  Help them search their phone app store for 'QR', install an app and scan our code.  This signs them up to join the RBR effort.
We want that QR code everywhere in Iowa, so pay attention to item 6 below...

5.  Fight to become a county, district or state delegate to attend those caucuses in coming weeks.
Carry the Draft Dr. Ben message to fight Obamacare to those caucuses as well!

6.  If you are so inclined buy t-shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, etc. to wear at your caucus.
make t-shirt/sweat shirt iron-ons with this stock from Amazon
and print this QR code art  (art is reversed for iron-on)
  • - QR codes spread the word - we want them everywhere in Iowa!
  • - Click the QR code at the top of this page for a QR folks can scan from your phone or tablet.

Thank you very much Mr/Madame Chairman.

I'm a volunteer for the National Draft Ben Carson for President Committee.  Many of you first heard about Dr Ben Carson when he told the President to his face that Obamacare is a disaster during the 2013 National Prayer breakfast.  I hope you sign the petition that is being passed around to encourage Dr. Carson to seek the Republican nomination in 2016.  Dr. Carson has said that if the public clamors for him to run, he would seriously consider running.  I am clamoring for him to run and I hope you will as well.

There are several reasons I ask you to join me and over 300,000 petition signers, 27,000 donors who have raised over a million dollars, and recruited over 3700 volunteers in asking Dr. Carson to run. As you will read on the website, runbenrun.org , Dr. Carson is the only potential candidate who can defeat Hillary Clinton because he can win 17% of the black vote while staying faithful to our conservative principals. He calmly and clearly articulates conservative positions in a way that the average voter can understand. Finally, Ben Carson has the ability to emotionally bond with Americans of all colors, beliefs, and backgrounds and after the current regime has divided us in every way possible for 5 years, he is the only person in either party who can heal our nation.

Recently, Iowans who had enrolled on Healthcare.gov learned that their enrollments had not ‘taken’ and they needed to re-enroll on our Iowa healthcare web site. The following day, the DHS web site was down. Is this what Congressman Braley thinks Iowans deserve? Congressman Braley was the last congresscritter to speak before the US House in favor of the ACA -- better known as Obamacare.

How many of our fellow citizens, have lost the healthcare plan Braley said we could keep? How many have lost jobs or had their hours cut?? Dr Ben Carson is leading the fight to stop the Affordable Care Act or ACA also known as Obamacare.

Before you turn your phones off, please text NOACA to 90210 so we can keep you up to date on Dr Ben Carson’s fight against Braley, Obamacare and the rest of the failing policies of the current regime ... scan our QR code you see around the room – have some fun learning how to do that. I hope you will join a great crusade to beat Hillary and Braley, save the Republic and heal our land.

Text NOACA to 90210 to tell Dr. Ben you want him to run to repeal Obamacare!

(pronounce NOACA as NO A-C-A)

Carson Wins First in the Nation Straw Poll

Linn County, Iowa – Dr. Benjamin Carson, Chairman Emeritus of the Johns Hopkins' Department of Pediatric Neurosurgery, and Obama critic, won the Linn County, Iowa midterm caucus straw poll by an impressive margin:

- Dr. Benjamin Carson 87%
- Governor Scott Walker 6%
- Mike Huckabee 3%
- Governor Rick Perry and Rand Paul tied just below 2%

"The House and Senate candidates did a great job but tonight's winner was the Draft Ben Carson for President Committee and its director Vernon Robinson," said Linn County GOP Treasurer, Jim Conklin.

Linn County held a single venue caucus and had the highest attendance in one location of Iowa's 99 counties.

For the first time in midterm caucus history, Draft Carson supporters made their presence known across Iowa asking their neighbors to sign the Draft Ben Carson petition two years in advance of the first in the nation 2016 Iowa Caucuses.

National Draft Ben Carson for President Committee Campaign Director Vernon Robinson said, "This Carson victory is evidence of Iowa sending a clear message to the failed GOP leadership in Washington that cronyism, capitulation, and collapse are not acceptable and America deserves better. America deserves commonsense solutions backed by humility and intellect calmly communicated to the American people. The Republican activists in the heart of the America are clamoring for Dr. Benjamin Carson to run for President of the United States."

In five months, the National Draft Ben Carson for President Committee has raised $1.76 million from 33,000 donors with an average of $53, gained 93,000 active supporters and 4900 active volunteers in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, US territories, and Americans abroad.
