>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on December 17-19, 2015.
On December 17 he held a We the People town hall at Uncle Sam's Saloon/McGregor's Landing in McGregor; a town hall at Music Man Square in Mason City; and a rally at the Maintenance Hanger at Spencer Municipal Airport in Spencer.
On December 18 he spoke at Anderson Auditorium on the Buena Vista University campus in Storm Lake; a town hall at DeWitt Library at Northwestern College in Orange City; and a rally at Stony Creek Inn Hotel and Conference Center in Sioux City.
On December 19 he held a town hall at Santa Maria Vineyard and Winery in Carroll; a town hall at the American Legion Post in Harlan; and a town hall at the Iowa School for the Deaf in Council Bluffs.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on December 11, 2015.  He held a breakfast at the Burlington Golf Club in Burlington; and a We the People town hall at Honey Creek Resort in Moravia.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on December 5, 2015.  He spoke at a Concerned Veterans for America event at Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center in Waterloo; and addressed the Rising Tide Summit at U.S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids.

>Returning after an event in SC, Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on November 22, 2015.  He gave testimony at Antioch Christian Church in Marion (not on the public schedule); spoke at a meeting at South Bethel Church in Tipton; spoke at the 8th annual Kaufmann Family BBQ at the Wilton Community Center in Wilton; and held a town hall meeting at St. Ambrose College's Rogalski Center in Davenport.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on October 24, 2015.  He addressed a breakfast on the front lawn of Alpha Gamma Roh (theagriculture fraternity) at Iowa State University in Ames; and did four book tour events; a signing at Books-A-Million in Ames; a signing at Barnes & Noble in Des Moines; a signing at Barnes & Noble in Waterloo; and a signing at River Lights in Dubuque.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on October 2, 2015.  He addressed the Des Moines Rotary Club at the Wakonda Country Club in Des Moines; and held a "Medical Professionals for Carson" press conference followed by a healthcare townhall in the Health Sciences Building at Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Des Moines, Iowa on August 16, 2015.  He gave testimony at Maple Street Baptist Church; and attended the State Fair "for about four hours" including speaking at the Soapbox.

On August 7 he did a press avail. at 2627 NW 86th St. in Urbandale; and did an "Iowa's Dinner Train" fundraiser on the Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad in Boone
On August 8 he hosted a Family Festival at Mays Island in downtown Cedar Rapids; and hosted a Family Festival at the Court Ave. Bridge in downtown Des Moines
On August 9 he delivered testimony at two morning services at LifePoint Assembly of God Church in Osceola; and hosted a Family Festival at Bayliss Park in Council Bluffs.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on August 1, 2015, doing a walk through of the Farmer's Market on Court Ave. in Des Moines; and attending Bruce Rastetter's annual summer party in Hubbard.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on July 15-18, 2015
On July 15 he participated in an Americans for Peace Prosperity and Security national security forum in the Charles and Ramona Myers Center at the University of Dubuque in Dubuque; and did a meet and greet at Chase the Adventure Hunt & Gun Club in Decorah.
On July 16 he started with a meet and greet at the Village Court Restaurant in Mason City; visited the Franklin County Fair in Hampton; did a meet and greet at the Fisher Community Center in Marshalltown; and spoke at a Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition house party at the home of Bob and Patti Klaus in Cedar Rapids.
On July 17 in the morning he did a meet and greet at The Coffee Corner in Washington; and in the early evening will be at the Jasper County Fairgrounds in Colfax.  -verifying Colfax stop, -ed.
On July 18 he spoke at The FAMiLY Leadership Summit 2015 at Stephens Auditorium in Ames.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on June 25-26, 2015. (On the evening of June 24 he did a fundraising reception for his campaign in Sioux Falls, SD) 
On June 25 he did an event with the Lyon County GOP at the Frontier Bank in Rock Rapids; a meet and greet at the Fruited Plain Café in Sioux Center; a tour of Quattro Composites in Orange City; a meet and greet at the Community Center in Missouri Valley; and a reception in support of Senate Republican Leader Bill Dix at the Pizza King in Council Bluffs.
On June 26 he did a meet and greet with the Adams County GOP at the Corning Opera House in Corning; and a meet and greet with the We The People Tea Party of Southern Iowa at Lamoni Community Center in Lamoni.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on June 10-11, 2015.  On June 10 he spoke to the Westside Conservative Club at the Machine Shed Restaurant in Urbandale; volunteered for about an hour at the Northeast Iowa Food Bank in Waterloo; did a meet and greet at PIPAC Centre in Cedar Falls; and in the evening did a Hardin County ice cream social at Pine Lake Wildlife Club in Eldora.  On the morning of June 11 he did a meet and greet at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on June 6, 2015.  He walked the farmers market in the Court Avenue District in Des Moines; and participated in Sen. Ernst's "Roast and Ride" fundraiser in Boone.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on May 16-17, 2015.  On May 16 he spoke at Warren County Republicans pancake breakfast at Assembly of God Church in Indianola; spoke at the Iowa National Security Action Summit at Point of Grace Church in Waukee; attended a rsvp'd strategy and leadership training luncheon at Waukee South Middle School; and in the evening spoke at the Republican Party of Iowa's Lincoln Dinner in Des Moines.  On the evening of May 17 he spoke at a Woodbury County GOP fundraiser at the home of Dr. Gerald and Sheryl McGowan in Sioux City.

>Following up on his announcement in Detroit, MI on the morning of May 4, Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on May 5-6, 2015
Late afternoon on May 4 he is to
make an appearance at The Iowa Clinic in West Des Moines.cancelled...Carson visited his mother who is critically ill in Texas.

n May 5 per Des Moines Register he made an "unannounced, unstaged drop-in at Smokey Row coffeehouse in Des Moines;" met with House Republicans, met with Senate Republicans, and met with Gov. Terry Branstad at the State Capitol in Des Moines; addressed the Bull Moose Club's May luncheon at the Embassy Club at the Ruan Center in Des Moines; and appeared with U.S. Rep. Rod Blum at a joint town hall at the Cedar Rapids Marriott in Cedar Rapids
On the morning of May 6 he spoka and did meet and greet at St. Ambrose University in Davenport.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Des Moines, Iowa on January 24, 2015.  The Des Moines Register reported he was to do a private breakfast downtown; and he spoke at the Iowa Freedom Summit.

2014
>Dr. Ben Carson keynoted The FAMiLY LEADER’s “Celebrate the Family” fundraising dinner at Holiday Inn Airport in Des Moines, Iowa, on the evening of November 22, 2014.  Also, per DMR's William Petroski Carson had lunch with Steve Deace earlier in the day.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited Iowa on August 24-25, 2014.  (Earlier in the day in Omaha, NE).  On August 24 he headlined Polk County Republicans' Summer Sizzle and Straw Poll, which he won, followed by a book signing at the Izaak Walton League Center in Des Moines.  On August 25 he headlined a breakfast fundraiser for Rod Blum, the Republican nominee for Congress in the 1st CD, at the Cedar Rapids Marriott Hotel  in Cedar Rapids; did a One Nation book signing at Barnes & Noble in Cedar Rapids; did a book signing at Books-A-Million in Dubuque; did a book signing Barnes & Noble in Davenport; and headlined a fundraiser for Mariannette Miller-Meeks, the Republican nominee for Congress in the 2nd CD, at the Center for Active Seniors Inc. (CASI) in Davenport.
