On December 28 he plans a town hall at Happy's Place in Dubuque; and a town hall at Me & Billy in Davenport.canceled due to weather; Christie drove from Chicago

On December 29 he did a meet and greet at Elly's Tea and Coffee in Muscatine; a meet and greet at Hamburg Inn #2 in Iowa City; and a Tell It Like It Is town hall at The Fieldhouse in Cedar Rapids.
On December 30 he did a meet and greet at Newton's Paradise Cafe in Waterloo; a meet and greet at Legends in Marshalltown; and a town hall at Mickey's Irish Pub in Waukee.

On November 13 he held a Tell It Like It Is town hall meeting at J's Homestyle Cooking in Cedar Falls; appeared at the grand opening of his Iowa headquarters at 5525 Merle Hay Road in Johnston; and was the featured speaker at the Republican Party of Story County's Wendy Jensen Memorial Chili Supper at Gatherings in Nevada.

On October 31 he visited Jitters Cafe in Sioux City; and spoke at the Republican Party of Iowa's "Growth and Opportunity Party" at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.

On July 25 he visited the Des Moines Farmers Market in Des Moines; held a town hall at the DMACC Automotive Lab in Ankeny; and attended the Itallian American Heritage Festival of Iowa at Western Gateway Park in Des Moines.

On June 11 he delivered a policy speech on education in Memorial Union at Iowa State University in Ames; greeted diners at Hickory Park Restaurant Co. in Ames; and addressed the Polk County Republicans' Capitol Club dinner at the West Des Moines Marriott in West Des Moines
On the morning of June 12 he held a "Tell It Like It Is" town hall at the Iowa Startup Accelerator in Cedar Rapids.
