OVERVIEW
The DNC formally recognized the CNMI Democratic Party in 2012,
and this was the first ever Democratic caucus. According to the Saipan Tribune, attorney Janet King
represented the Clinton campaign, Stephen Woodruff represented the
Sanders campaign, and attorney Michael White advocated for uncommitted.
