>Dr. Ben Carson visited Greenville, SC on September 18, 2015.  He was the featured speaker at the Upstate Chamber Coalition's 2015 Healthcare Summit at Embassy Suites; did a birthday fundraising luncheon for his campaign at the Commerce Club; and participated in Heritage America's Take Back America Forum.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited SC on September 12, 2015.  He addressed the Aiken Republican Club luncheon meeting at Newberry Hall in Aiken; and afterwards did meet and greet at the Aiken's Makin' in historic downtown Aiken; and did a fundraising reception and dinner for his campaign at the home of Dr. James Yanney in Charleston.

On August 23 he attended morning service at Brookland Baptist in Columbia; spoke at the Back to School Bash at Midlands Technical College-Airport Campus in West Columbia; and did a campaign fundraiser VIP cocktail party reception at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Pat Burrows and dinner at the Lighthouse Restaurant, both in Seneca.

n August 24 he did a small Latino outreach event at Unlimited Landscape, Stone and Granite in Seneca; delivered remarks at a Dutch treat breakfast at the Seneca Family Restaurant in Seneca; at noon at SC GOP headquarters in Columbia he filed his paperwork to appear on the Republican primary ballot; he did a one on one interview with Pastor Perry Noble at New Spring Church in Anderson; and in the evening he spoke at the Faith & Freedom BBQ fundraiser at Anderson Civic Center in Anderson.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited SC on July 1-2, 2015.  On July 1 he attended a continental breakfast with the Greater Greenville Realtors Association at their office in Greenville; did a meet and greet at Wade's restaurant in the Pinewood Shopping Center in Spartanburg; toured the Carolina Pregnancy Center in Spartanburg; hosted a town hall meeting at The Beacon in Spartanburg; and was the featured speaker at an Anderson County Republican fundraiser at Creekside Bar-B-Que in Anderson

On May 25 he participated in a veterans march on Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach with U.S. Rep. Tom Rice in honor of Memorial Day, and made brief remarks, followed by a media availability; held an ice cream social in honor of veterans at Valor Park at Market Commons in Myrtle Beach; and attended the Military Officer's Association Golf Tournament at Moorland Golf course-Legends Resort in Myrtle Beach.
On the afternoon of May 26 he attended a Low Country Republican meeting/tribute to National Committeewoman Cynthia Costa at the Country Club of Charleston at James Island in Charleston; and joined U.S. Rep. Mark Sanford as a special guest at his Neighborhood Office Hours at the Mount Pleasant Farmers Market at Moultrie Middle School in Mount Pleasant.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited SC on May 8-9, 2015.  At mid-day on May 8 he spoke and took questions and did a meet and greet fundraiser for the Georgetown County Federation of Republican Women at Winyah Auditorium in Georgetown; spoke to K-5 students who read one of his books at Plantersville Elementary School in Georgetown; and in the evening participated in a Richland County Republican Party Conversation with the Candidates at the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce in downtown Columbia.  On May 9 he hosted a Dutch Treat breakfast at Tommy's Ham House in Greenville; and spoke at the Freedom Summit at the Peace Center in Greenville.

>Dr. Ben Carson visited SC on April 15-16, 2015.  In Columbia on April 15 he keynoted a Balanced Budget Amendment rally in the 1st floor lobby at the State Capitol; and did a meet and greet hosted by the South Carolina House Republican Caucus at the Palmetto Club.  On the morning of April 16 he spoke and answered questions at Palladian View's "Bridging the Gap Quarterly Leadership Series" meeting at Spartanburg Community College's downtown campus in Spartanburg.

>The 2015 South Carolina Tea Party Coalition Convention was held at the Springmaid Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC on January 17-19, 2015.  Four potential candidates appeared.  Dr. Ben Carson and Sen. Ted Cruz spoke on the afternoon of January 18.
