Ready for Hillary Adds more than 33,000 New Donors in Second Quarter, Raises over $2.5 Million

National Grassroots Effort Surpasses 90,000 Donors, $8.25 Million Raised to Date

ARLINGTON, VA – Today, the national grassroots organization Ready for Hillary announced it added more than 33,000 new donors and raised more than $2.5 million in the second quarter of 2014.

The group received more than 43,000 contributions during the period and the average contribution was $57. Ninety-eight percent of contributions were $100 or less. Ready for Hillary received financial contributions from all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, as well as financial support from Americans abroad and military service members across the world.

In just 18 months, Ready for Hillary has reached the following milestones:

2.5 million+ Hillary supporters identified
500+ grassroots organizing and fundraising events across the country
1.9 million+ Facebook supporters
800,000+ people who have signed the pledge to help Hillary win if she runs
500,000+ Ready for Hillary bumper stickers shipped
$8.25 million+ raised
90,000+ donors
34,000+ contributions of exactly $20.16
98 percent of contributions are $100 or less
