President Obama (clips from CBC speech)You may have heard Hillary's opponent in this election say that there's never been a worse time to be a black person.  I mean he missed that whole civics lesson about slavery and Jim Crow, and...  But we got a museum for him to visit, so he can tune in.

There's no such thing as a vote that doesn't matter.  It all matters.  And after we have achieved historic turnout in 2008 and 2012 especially in the African-American community, I will consider it a personal insult, an insult to my legacy, if this community lets down its guard and fails to activate itself in this election.  You want to give me a good send-off?  Go vote.  [cheers, applause]

Male Announcer:  We must vote to protect the legacy of President Obama.  Let's vote to stop Trump.

PRIORITIES USA LAUNCHES NEW AFRICAN AMERICAN RADIO AD: "Go Vote!"

President Obama: “There’s No Such Thing As A Vote That Doesn’t Matter…You Want To Give Me A Good Sendoff? GoVote!”

Ad Is Part Of Multi-Million Dollar Buy In Ohio & Florida

Priorities USA is releasing a new African American radio ad today called "Go Vote!" which features President Obama chastising Donald Trump for claiming there’s never been a worse time to be an African American, and stressing how important it is to his legacy that African Americans turn out in 2016 just like they did in 2008 and 2012.

In the spot, President Obama argues “there’s no such thing as a vote that doesn’t matter, it all matters. And after we have achieved historic turnout in 2008 and 2012 especially in the African American community I will consider it a personal insult, an insult to my legacy, if this community lets down its guard and fails to activate itself in this election. You want to give me a good sendoff? Go vote!”

Listen To: "Go Vote!"

“Donald Trump claiming there’s never been a worse time to be an African American is just another example of how he’s insulted and demeaned our community throughout his career and campaign, and President Obama’s call to action is crucial to ensuring a man as divisive as Donald Trump never becomes our president. This November we have to build on President Obama’s legacy by turning out in force and electing Hillary Clinton,”  said Jeff Johnson, Strategist at Priorities USA.

"Go Vote!" is part of a multi-million dollar buy running in Ohio & Florida.
