On June 1, 2017 Democracy Partners, LLC filed a lawsuit against Project Veritas Action Fund seeking over $1 million in damages for "interception and disclosure of oral communications" in violation of federal and local wiretap law; and for "breach of fiduciary duty; trespass; fraudulent misrepresentation; and civil conspiracy."Democracy Partners, LLC v. Project Veritas responded with this statement from Founder & CEO James O'Keefe:
“Robert Creamer believes that by suing us, he can intimidate us. I will not be silenced – only over my dead body!
“We are on the right side of the law and will not stop exposing the truth. Right now, the Attorney General of Wisconsin is still investigating possible criminal charges against Scott Foval. This lawsuit further justifies the need to drain the swamp. Our army of guerrilla journalists, which grows daily, will continue to expose the malfeasance and corruption committed by these organizations.
“In fact, we will be deploying a new batch of freshly trained journalists next week to shine additional light on the cockroaches of the corrupt DC establishment.
“We will not be intimidated. We will not be silenced. We will find out who is funding this lawsuit. We will never stop exposing the truth. We will not back down.”

Rigging the Election – Video III: Creamer Confirms Clinton Campaign Coordination
View the video here: https://youtu.be/(New York) - Project Veritas Action has released the third video in a multi-part series that is sending shockwaves through the DNC and the Clinton campaign. The first video explained the dark secrets and the hidden connections and organizations the Clinton campaign uses to incite violence at Trump rallies. The second video exposed a diabolical step-by-step voter fraud strategy discussed by top Democratic operatives and showed one key operative admitting that the Democrats have been rigging elections for fifty years. This latest video takes this investigation even further.
Part III of the undercover investigation dives further into the back room dealings of Democratic politics. It exposes prohibited communications between Hillary Clinton’s campaign, the DNC and the non-profit organization Americans United for Change. And, it’s all disguised as a duck.
Several Project Veritas Action undercover journalists catch Democracy Partners founder directly implicating Hillary Clinton in FEC violations.
“In the end, it was the candidate, Hillary Clinton, the future president of the United States, who wanted ducks on the ground,” says Creamer in one of several exchanges. “So, by God, we would get ducks on the ground.”
It is made clear that high-level DNC operative Creamer realized that this direct coordination between Democracy Partners and the campaign would be damning when he said: “Don’t repeat that to anybody.”
It was earlier this year when people wearing Donald Duck costumes started showing up at Donald Trump events all over the country. Brad Woodhouse is the president of Americans United for Change (AUFC) and he worked with Robert Creamer, Scott Foval, and DNC Rapid Response Coordinator Aaron Black to launch their “Donald Ducks” campaign.
After the first video in this series, Woodhouse fired Scott Foval, his national field director.
In the video, the operatives go on to explain their plot.
“Let me tell you something. I think she [Hillary Clinton] has the right instinct on this. This thing is resonating, but that story is not exactly what you want to hear about how presidential decision-making happened,” said Woodhouse.
However, the originator of the Donald Ducks scheme was supposed to remain secret.
Robert Creamer goes on to add, “I was actually on a plane to go to London last week -- Christina Reynolds [Deputy Communications Director for Hillary for America] calls saying, ‘I have good news and bad news. The good news is the candidate would like to have a mascot following around the duck -- I mean, Trump.’”
Creamer then says, “If the future president wants ducks, we will put ducks on the ground.”
Hillary Clinton and the DNC wanted the Donald Ducks agitators at Trump and Pence campaign events. The direct involvement of the campaign and the Democratic National Committee with Americans United for Change and activists wearing Donald Duck costumes smacks strongly of illegal coordinated campaign expenditures.
Federal campaign law experts have told us “the ducks on the ground are likely public communications for purposes of the law. It’s political activity opposing Trump, paid for by Americans United for Change funds but controlled by Clinton and her campaign.”
Representatives of Clinton’s campaign were on daily conference calls which PVA journalists witnessed with Creamer, AUFC managers and their operatives. They were talking about where to send the duck and the “ducks message.” Not only was the campaign in on it, but apparently Donna Brazille’s Democratic National Committee was in on it as well.
After last week’s stories released by Project Veritas Action, Americans United for Change fired Scott Foval and Robert Creamer announced to the DNC that he was stepping down from campaign responsibilities. James O’Keefe and Project Veritas Action have filed a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission.

stepping down from his responsibilities with the Hillary Clinton
presidential campaign. Here is the statement he has provided the media:

I am unwilling to become a distraction to the important task of electing Hilary Clinton, and defeating Donald Trump in the upcoming election.
As a result I have indicated to the Democratic National Committee that I am stepping back from my responsibilities working with the Campaign.
I am enormously proud of the work we have done over the last months to sound the alarm about the danger Donald Trump would present to American democracy. Contrary to the outrageous claims of the notorious right wing blogger James O’Keefe, we have always adhered to the highest standards of transparency and legality in our work for the DNC.
Democracy Partners regards our nation's election laws and the integrity of our democratic institutions with utmost seriousness. And we have only ever-engaged in legal and nonviolent methods to demonstrate how Donald Trump is unfit to be President. Period.
We regret the unprofessional and careless hypothetical conversations that were captured on hidden cameras of a temporary regional contractor for our firm, and he is no longer working with us. While, none of the schemes described in the conversations ever took place, these conversations do not at all reflect the values of Democracy Partners.
James O’Keefe, the discredited individual behind this well-orchestrated spying scheme directed at our firm uses methods that would make Richard Nixon and the Watergate burglars proud.
O’Keefe executed a plot that involved the use of trained operatives using false identifications, disguises and elaborate false covers to infiltrate our firm and other consulting firms, in order to steal campaign plans, and goad unsuspecting individuals into making careless statements on hidden cameras.
Those of us who are involved in political work because we believe deeply in progressive values are saddened that those on the right are using dirty tricks in order to pursue their political agenda rather than engage in an honest debate about ideas.
I will not aid Mr. O’Keefe’s despicable efforts to distract from the critical choice American voters face November 8th.
