JOHN KASICH SUPPORTERS TO LAUNCH THREE-DAY GRASSROOTS PUSH ACROSS NEW HAMPSHIRE

Nearly 40 Volunteers Deployed to the Granite State from Ohio

October 22, 2015 – New Day For America, an independent committee supporting Ohio Governor John Kasich for President, will launch a three-day voter outreach effort across New Hampshire this weekend.

On Friday, nearly 40 volunteers from Ohio will arrive at the New Day For America Nashua headquarters to team up with field staff and local supporters for a weekend-long phone banking and door-to-door effort in support of John Kasich. Volunteers will be deployed to communities across New Hampshire, including Manchester, Nashua and Portsmouth.

“John Kasich has the highest approval rating of any governor running for president, and the fact that we have 40 volunteers from Ohio giving up their weekends to support him in New Hampshire is a testament to his leadership,” said Matt Carle, executive director of New Day For America.

New Day For America has one of the largest and most active field operations in New Hampshire. The Super PAC's extensive grassroots infrastructure includes multiple field offices with full-time staff and phone bank operations across New Hampshire and Ohio. These efforts have resulted in hundreds of thousands of voter contacts being made since late July. Additionally, New Day For America is the only organization that has had a presence on New Hampshire television since early July and is on track to invest more than $11.5 million in the state through the February primary.
