"If you want a president who will listen to you, work her heart out to make your life better, and [work] together to build a stronger, fairer, better country, then you're looking at her."

Hillary will fight for you and your family.

Hillary Clinton will be a president who gets up every day, rolls up her sleeves, and gets to work on the problems that keep families up at night. She will fight to lower the cost of child care, make it easier for your to refinance your college debt, and guarantee women earn equal pay.

And she will stand up to the Republicans' backwards and out-of-touch agenda to ensure every American has the opportunity to live up to his or her potential.

Fighting so families can get ahead and stay ahead. Hillary believes that everyone willing to work hard should be able to live up to his or her potential. This will be her mission every day as president. That means:

Raising incomes for hardworking Americans.

The Republicans have stacked the deck for those at the top. Hillary will work tirelessly to reshuffle that deck so that Americans see their paychecks grow again.

A college degree without a mountain of debt.

Under Hillary's plan, students and their families would never have to borrow to pay tuition at in-state public colleges and universities. Those with student debt will be able to refinance their loans at current rates.

Affordable health care and prescription drugs.

Hillary will defend and enhance the Affordable Care Act to reduce health care expenses and has a plan to lower prescription drug costs.

Equal pay and paid family leave.

Paying women less not only holds them back, but it hurts entire families. Hillary is calling for equal pay and paid family leave to ensure that Americans never have to choose between keeping their job and caring for a newborn or a sick family member.

Equality and opportunity.

Hillary will protect the rights of LGBT Americans and their families to live free from discrimination. She will offer law-abiding immigrant families a path to full and equal citizenship.

A record of making a real difference for families. Hillary has spent her life taking on tough fights for kids and families at home and around the world:

After law school, instead of joining a big law firm, Hillary went to work for the Children's Defense Fund, advocating
for children with disabilities.

As First Lady, she joined with Republicans and Democrats to help create to help create the successful Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), which today provides health insurance to more than 8 million kids.

As a United States Senator, Hillary successfully secured health care for 9/11 responders and worked to revitalize rural communities and small towns upstate.

As Secretary of State, she built a coalition for tough new sanctions against Iran, brokered a ceasefire between Israel and Homos, and championed human rights around the world.
