HOW CROOKED IS HILLARY?

YOU DECIDE

FBI INVESTIGATION
Clinton's was under a full FBI investigation into her handling of classified materials as Secretary Of State. The FBI found Clinton was "extremely careless" and that her secret server may have been infiltrated by hostile actors, putting national security at risk. The FBl's findings showed that the entire time she was under investigation, Clinton tried to obfuscate facts and lie to the American people.

PAID SPEECH TRANSCRIPTS
Clinton made millions by doing closed-door, no-recording paid speeches. Several of these speeches were to big banks and financial institutions, the same ones she decries on the campaign trail. Clinton refuses to release the transcripts to her speeches, dodging and moving the goal posts every time she is asked.

BENGHAZI COVER UP
On the night of the Benghazi attack, Clinton made a public statement blaming the terrorist attack on a You Tube video. The same night, Clinton emailed her daughter to tell her the real reason for the attack, which was actually due to an Al Qaeda-like group, not a You Tube video. The next day, Clinton told the Egyptian Prime Minister that the attack "had nothing to do with" the You Tube video, and that the attack was planned, not a protest. Clinton was caught in a cover-up, and to make matters worse, she has called the victim's families "absolutely wrong" when they describe their confusion regarding the contradicting reasons for the attack.

SECRET SERVER
As Secretary of State, Clinton exclusively used a secret server set up in the basement of her home in New York. No other Secretary of State has ever done this. Clinton wiped the emails she and her lawyers deemed "personal" from the secret server. This improper method of storing classified information, prompted an FBI investigation into the handling of classified information.

SIDNEY BLUMENTHAL
Since 1997, Sidney Blumenthal has been a Clinton aide. He also worked on Clinton's 2008 campaign and then got hired by the Clinton Foundation. While Clinton was Secretary of State, Blumenthal was feeding her intelligence on the escalating situation in Libya. Although Blumenthal had no official capacity as an advisor at the State Department, he had nearly unrestricted access to her via email while she was Secretary. Some contend that Clinton paid more attention to Blumenthal's emails than the warning calls for the attack in Benghazi.

HILLRAISER SCANDALS
In 2008, Clinton's campaign was plagued by campaign finance scandals. Some of Clinton's 2008 campaign bundlers have pied guilty and even served time in jail for a variety of illegal campaign finance schemes including Ponzi schemes, illegal foreign campaign donations, and straw donor schemes.

LOOTING THE WHITE HOUSE
Immediately after the Clinton's left the White House, it was discovered that Bill Clinton retained almost $200,000 in gifts he had received while President, a portion of those gifts were intended for and therefore belonged to the White House. The Clinton's had to return some of the furniture they took and pay the White House for some of the gifts that they took upon their departure from the White House.

CLINTON PARDONS
On Clinton's last day in office he pardoned 140 people including his half-brother Roger, who was in trouble for distributing cocaine, 16 members of the Puerto Rican Separatist Group FALN which was convicted of violent crimes including bomb-making, and Marc Rich who fled the country after being indicted for tax evasion and was only pardoned after his wife gave a large donation to the Clinton Library Foundation. Following these pardons, there was intense scrutiny and criticism of the Clinton's abuse of the presidential power to pardon. Despite all of this, Bill Clinton stood by his pardons.

FOREIGN CAMPAIGN DONATIONS
In the 1990s the DNC was taking money from a Chinese Billionaire named Ng Lap Seng who hoped to buy influence in American politics through his 10 visits to the Clinton White House, once even sharing an elevator with Hillary. In 1996, the FBI investigated Democrat party fundraising practices and uncovered that officials in Beijing and in the Chinese Embassy in DC were in fact trying to influence US elections through campaign contributions.

CLINTON FOUNDATION SCANDALS
The Clinton Foundation was a joint enterprise from the start between Hillary and Bill. The issue with the Clinton Foundation is that it appears vulnerable to conflicts of interest. There have been several apparent examples of pay-to-play with the Foundation. The Foundation took money from companies and foreign governments that were lobbying Clinton's State Department at the same time. The Foundation has also violated the Ethics Agreement from 2008 that paved the way for Clinton to become Secretary Of State with their multiple disclosure failures.

FILEGATE
Filegate is about improper access in 1993-94 of FBI records used to conduct security clearance reviews of individuals. Allegations were made that senior White House figures, including Hillary Rodham Clinton, may have inappropriately requested and read the files for political purposes.

ROSE LAW FIRM DOCUMENTS
The Rose Law Firm document scandal revolved around billing records relating to Hillary Clinton's legal representation of a troubled savings and loan, which had given money to the Clintons' business partner in the Whitewater deal. These documents went "missing" after a subpoena was issued for them. The records turned up two years after the subpoena was issued in the family quarters of the White House and had Hillary Clinton's fingerprints on them.

IMPEACHMENT
Bill was charged with two articles of impeachment; perjury for misleading a Federal grand jury about the nature of his relationship with Monica Lewinsky and obstruction of justice because he induced others to lie to conceal his affair with Lewinsky. The impeachment failed to garner the necessary votes in the senate trial. During this whole scandal the Clinton White House engaged in character assassinations against Lewinsky and Hillary shifted the blame for the scandal on her political opponents and a "vast right wing conspiracy."

LINCOLN BEDROOM FOR SALE
In the 1990's Bill Clinton tarnished his administration's record by putting a for-sale sign on the White House lawn. One way they did this was by encouraging big donors sleep over in the Lincoln Bedroom in the White House. These overnight stays prompted congressional and criminal investigations. More than half of Bill Clinton's Lincoln Bedroom guests that are still alive are giving to Clinton's campaign or a Super PAC supporting her in 2016.

HEALTH CARE TASK FORCE
In 1993 Bill Clinton appointed Hillary to lead the "Task Force On National Health Reform," which eventually lead to a divisive debate and the ultimate demise of HillaryCare. Hillary's task force was cumbersome, rogue, and characteristically secretive which was part of the reason people criticized it. Hillary's plan died in congress following an intense national debate.

TRAVELGATE
The Clintons fired the seven members of the existing White House Travel office and afterwards awarded their travel contracts to friends of the Clintons. The Clinton administration said they were fired because of financial impropriety by staff members, but no former staffer was ever found guilty of anything. Hillary Clinton was found to have made factually inaccurate statements to investigators in regards to the firings.

WHITEWATER
Whitewater was a real estate investment the Clintons made in Arkansas. It was alleged that Governor Clinton improperly pressured someone to loan Mr. Clinton's Whitewater business partner $300,000 to help his struggling savings and loan in a shady business deal. The year before the same business partner had held a fund raiser at the savings and loan to help Bill Clinton pay off his campaign debt which led to even more questions about impropriety.

CATTLE FUTURES
As first lady of Arkansas, Hillary Clinton turned a $1,000 investment into nearly $100,000 in just ten months despite having no previous experience in commodities trading. It was alleged that Clinton was given preferential treatment as it was unheard of for someone with no experience to earn that high of a return.
