RNC and Trump Campaign Names Ed Brookover As Campaign Liaison

WASHINGTON – Today Republican National Committee (RNC) Chief of Staff Katie Walsh and Donald J. Trump for President campaign Chairman Paul Manafort announced veteran political operative Ed Brookover as the liaison between the campaign and the committee. 
 
"I'm thrilled to welcome Ed back to the RNC," said Walsh. "Ed's decades of experience and depth of knowledge is a perfect fit for the RNC and the campaign."
 
"Ed is a total professional and the right man for the job," said Paul Manafort. “Ed has been an important member of our team since March and I’m confident he will only strengthen the strong relationship between the RNC and our campaign.”
 
Ed Brookover has over thirty years of political experience and most recently served as a Senior Advisor to the Trump Campaign working with the successful delegate selection and management team. Prior to joining the Trump Campaign, Brookover served as campaign manager to Dr. Ben Carson. Brookover has held several high profile Republican positions including serving as the political director for the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and the National Republican Congressional Committee.
