This townhall featured five Republican "Rising Stars": Alison Howard, communications director for Concerned Women for America; Chelsi Henry, cabinet aide to Florida’s chief financial officer; Monica Youngblood, New Mexico state representative; Kimberly Yee, Arizona state senator; and Alex Smith, national chair of the College Republican National Committee.  Chairman Reince Priebus and Vice Chairman Sharon Day also participated in the event.
