The Honorable Charles L. Glazer
Former Ambassador to the Republic of El Salvador
Charles L. Glazer served as Ambassador of the United States of America to the Republic of El Salvador from January 16, 2007 until January 20, 2009. Prior to his appointment, Charles L. Glazer was President and CEO of C.L. Glazer & Company, Inc., an institutional brokerage and investment banking firm in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Glazer served as an officer in the U.S. Army and was attached to the 502nd Military Intelligence Battalion while stationed in Seoul, Korea.

Mr. James “Jim” Hoskins

James “Jim” Hoskins is an inventor, major systems developer, constellation architect, entrepreneur, and former Chief Executive Officer. In his career, Major General Harrell has helped rescue an American hostage from a Panamanian jail, been part of the effort to capture Pablo Escobar, and was a commander during the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu, which was memorialized in the film Black Hawk Down. Major General Harrell also lead the largest special operations force into combat in U.S. history in Iraq. Major General Harrell retired with a Purple Heart, the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Bronze Star Medal, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint Service Achievement Medal and many others. Major General Harrell currently serves as vice president of business development and integration at Pacer Health Corporation.

Since his retirement from active duty, Lt. Prior to these positions, Mr. Stewart served extensively in the military including as a former U.S. Naval Attack Commander as well as a Truce Supervision & Negotiations Officer assigned to the United Nations. He has deployed in flight operations off of five U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers in the South China Sea, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern Theatres. His military career concluded with a duty assignment with the U.S. State Department’s Political Military Division with joint Special Forces theatre responsibilities.
