Donald J. Trump Announces Florida Chairs Joe Gruters and Susan Wiles

Mr. Trump's Make America Great Again Message Resonates in the Sunshine State 

(New York, NY) October 23, 2015 - Today Donald J. Trump is announcing that Joe Gruters will serve as State Chairman of his campaign efforts in Florida and Susan Wiles will serve as Co-Chair.

Mr. Trump stated, "My message is clearly resonating in Florida. We have tremendous support from so many great people in the state.  I am proud to watch that support grow, to see our team expand and to be leading in the polls here. Florida is truly one of the most important states in the election and it has always been a home to me. I have also invested greatly in growth and development across the state and created thousands of jobs. I look forward to spending a lot of time here and to working to Make America Great Again!"   
 
Joe Gruters is a fourth generation Sarasotan and an active member of the local community.  Mr. Gruters has spent the last 20 years working in politics at the grassroots level as both a party activist and a leader, including having served as Congressman Vern Buchanan's Campaign Manager, as President of the Young Republicans, as the PAC Chairman of Florida Right to Life, and as a volunteer on numerous campaigns.  Joe has been the long-time Chairman of the Republican Party of Sarasota and is the current Vice Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida.
 
Susan Summerall Wiles is an accomplished communications, government relations and political professional with more than twenty-five years of experience managing government and public affairs endeavors.  Ms. Wiles serves as the Managing Partner of the Jacksonville office of Ballard Partners.  Previously she managed Governor Rick Scott's successful campaign for Governor in 2010. 
 
Thousands of people are expected to attend Mr. Trump's rally tonight in Miami and his rally tomorrow in Jacksonville.
