Jeb Announces Initial Mississippi Support
As the Clarion Ledger reported today, Jeb Bush announced his initial Mississippi supporters for the campaign. Jeb will be in Mississippi for a fundraiser, closed to the press, on Monday. This group will help promote Jeb’s message of proven leadership around the state. Full list is below.“My experience with economic development issues tells me Jeb’s plan to grow the economy and cast off the shackles of the Obama Administration’s bad policy decisions is exactly what we need to grow jobs and opportunity in this country. His tax reform and energy platforms are also big parts of what this country needs to achieve higher growth rates. As a veteran, I am thrilled with Jeb’s plan to restore America’s leadership role in the world and fix the broken Veterans Affairs Administration. Jeb is an experienced and proven leader during a time of great turmoil and big problems in our country. That’s why I support him for President,” Mike Chaney, Mississippi Commissioner of Insurance.
"After Katrina devastated the Coast, Gov. Bush acted immediately and sent first responders from Florida to help us begin to recover. I will never forget his concern for us in Mississippi even while dealing with a number of hurricanes in his own state,” Dave Dennis, Specialty Contractors & Associates, three-time Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board New Orleans, LA.
