After members of the Site Selection Committee arrived, a group of children from Lucy's Kids for Peace, "a local chapter of a global organization whose goal is uplifting our world through Love and Action," led the Pledge of Allegiance.  At the conclusion of the tour there was a 10,000 balloon drop and Olivia Sabates (age 12) sang Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the USA."

RNC and Kansas City Hold 2016 Site Selection Visit Press Conference

KANSAS CITY / WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Thursday, June 5, the Republican National Committee and Kansas City will hold a joint press conference, followed by a brief Q/A to discuss the RNC’s 2016 site selection visit.
