Electoral College Machinations: Electors Trust

Harvard University Larry Lessig announced Electors Trust on Dec. 5.  Similar to the Hamilton Defenders, Electors Trust seeks "to provide a safe and confidential legal context in which electors can seek advice and support, and depending on the facts, an opportunity to litigate to defend their freedom." Mark Lemley, a partner at Durie Tangri, headed the legal project.
