2016 Convention Facts
- Individuals running for Delegate to the Democratic National Convention are either running by congressional district, at large, or both.
- State Delegates will break into 3 caucuses by Congressional District on Friday June 10th and each caucus will vote National Delegates to the DNC.
- The number of Delegates allotted to each candidate, Senator Bernie Sanders and Secretary Hillary Clinton, per congressional district will not change.
- 1st Congressional District: Bernie 4 (2 female 2 male) Hillary 3 (2 females 1 male)
- 2nd Congressional District: Bernie 4 (2 males 2 females) Hillary 3 (2 males 1 female)
- 3rd Congressional District: Bernie 4 (2 males 2 females) Hillary 2 (1 male 1 female)
- At-Large Delegates will be voted on Saturday by the West Virginia
