Hillary for Arizona Hires Leadership
Staff and Organizing Team
Phoenix, AZ
– Today,
the Hillary for Arizona campaign announced the hiring of state
leadership staff and field organizers dedicated to voter
contact and mobilization for Hillary Clinton for the March 22nd Arizona
Democratic Presidential Primary.
The
Hillary for Arizona campaign recently hired State Organizer Tom Reade,
Special Advisor Rodd McLeod, Political Director Luis Heredia,
Organizing Director Kate Magill, and numerous field organizers to
coordinate local outreach. The campaign has focused on hiring staff who
know Arizona well and organizers with experience working with and
mobilizing diverse communities.
Tom
Reade has worked on several Arizona presidential campaigns including
for Secretary John Kerry and President Barack Obama. He managed Tempe
Mayor Mark Mitchell's re-election and has worked for Jim Pederson and
Terry Goddard. He also previously worked for the Arizona Democratic
Party and Human Rights Campaign.
Rodd
McLeod has managed campaigns for Gabby Giffords and Kyrsten Sinema. He
has worked with Richard Carmona, Fred DuVal, Howard Dean, Felecia
Rotellini, Jonathan Rothschild, Mary Rose Wilcox and others.
Luis Heredia has worked as a senior staffer for Arizona congressional offices. He previous served as the campaign manager for Felecia Rotellini for Arizona Attorney General, as the Arizona Democratic Party's executive director, and as an advisor for several legislative and local races.

Kate
Magill joined Hillary Clinton's campaign last April, and she spent
several months in Iowa for the caucuses and most recently in Colorado
for Super Tuesday. Kate is originally from Florida and began organizing
on President Obama's re-election campaign in 2012 in New
Hampshire.
In
addition, the Hillary for Arizona campaign has hired organizers who
will work with community leaders and volunteers across the state to
mobilize voters for the presidential primary election. From Flagstaff
to Tucson and beyond, the campaign has assigned organizers to every
corner of the state.
