Hillary for Maryland Announces Leadership Team

Baltimore, MD – Today, the Hillary for Maryland campaign announced its state leadership team, dedicated to engaging Maryland voters in a conversation on why Hillary Clinton is the best candidate to help Maryland working families get ahead and break the barriers holding them back ahead of the April 26th Maryland Democratic Presidential Primary.
 
The Hillary for Maryland campaign will be led by Senior Advisor Quincey Gamble, Adam Parkhomenko will serve as State Director, Charles Niquette will serve as Organizing Director, Julie McClain will serve as Communications Director, and Jazz Lewis will serve as Political Director. The campaign has brought on staff experienced in urban and community organizing, as well as engaging and mobilizing diverse communities. 
 
Quincey Gamble is an experienced operative from Baltimore, who has served as the Executive Director of the Maryland Democratic Party, political director of 1199SEIU and Senior Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown.
 
Adam Parkhomenko previously served as the national Director of Grassroots Engagement for the campaign. He also founded "Ready for Hillary," the unprecedented national grassroots organizing effort to encourage Hillary Clinton to run for President. 
 
Charles Niquette has been organizing with Hillary for America since last April, working in communities in West Virginia, Iowa, and Florida. Previously, he worked as the special assistant to the Maine Senate Majority Leader and then later as the Deputy Senate Caucus Director for the 2014 cycle. 
 
Julie McClain has been with Hillary for America since April 2015. She first served as Press Secretary for New Hampshire, then continued on to Vermont. Previously, she worked as Communications Director for the New Hampshire Democratic Party and Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Brian Schatz.
 
Jazz Lewis is a community advocate and lifelong resident of Prince George’s County. He has organized for State Senator Victor Ramirez and U.S. Senator Ben Cardin. In 2014, Jazz joined Congressman Steny Hoyer's staff as his Field Director, and most recently, had served as Executive Director of Hoyer for
Congress.
