Elizabeth Warren (MA) and deputy manager on Warren's 2012 campaign.  Principal in the grassroots practice at Dewey Square Group from May 2011.  National field director for the Alliance for Climate Protection.  Managed the 2010 Connecticut Coordinated Campaign.  General election director on Obama's Campaign for Change in New Hampshire, July-Nov. 2008.  New Hampshire field director for Hillary Clinton's 2008 primary campaign, then served as senior staff and field advisor and organized get-out-the-vote efforts for Clinton in six other primary states.  Campaign manager for Massachusetts Democrats' Victory ‘06 Coordinated Campaign.  Deputy director of Sen. John Kerry's leadership committee, Keeping America's Promise.  Worked in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Florida for John Kerry in 2004 and served as Kerry's credentials director during the 2004 Democratic National Convention.  Worked in Wisconsin for Gore-Lieberman in 2000.  Lewis has also worked on various local and statewide races in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Graduate of Colgate University.  Grew up in Syracuse, NY.  twitter

(AJC reported on Sept. 1, 2016 that Allen is relocating to Georgia to help out there starting Sept. 5 through Nov. 8)  Per AJC regional political director in North Carolina during the 2012 re-election campaign.  Worked on Obama’s 2008 campaign in Georgia.  Graduate of Morehouse.
