NBCUNIVERSAL AND BUZZFEED ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC INVESTMENTNEW YORK – August 18, 2015 – NBCUniversal and BuzzFeed today announced that NBCUniversal has agreed to make a $200M equity investment in BuzzFeed, the technology-driven global media company that reaches over 200M monthly unique visitors and 1.5B monthly video views.

As part of the investment, the companies will also explore strategic partnerships across both organizations in the coming months.

NBCUNIVERSAL ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC INVESTMENT IN VOX MEDIANEW YORK – Aug. 12, 2015 – NBCUniversal and Vox Media today announced that NBCUniversal has agreed to make a $200 million equity investment in Vox Media, one of the world's largest and fastest growing digital media companies. The eight Vox Media brands are SB Nation, Polygon, The Verge, Vox.com, Eater, Racked, Curbed, and Re/code.
