ICYMI: RickPAC Announces Targeted Victory Partnership

AUSTIN – RickPAC announced it is partnering with Targeted Victory to help spread Gov. Perry’s vision of optimism and revival for America. RickPAC will use Targeted Victory’s data driven approach and expertise across media platforms to efficiently and effectively reach American families across the country.

Targeted Victory is an audience-driven technology company focusing on digital strategy and media buying across all screens. The company provides an innovative mix of technology solutions, strategy, and analytics, with a creative streak.

Beach will serve as senior advisor for digital and television optimization. Chris Gulugian, Targeted Victory’s client strategy director, will serve as an advisor for digital and field operations.

•    Led product effort for first programmatic television buying platform in politics (Targeted Engagement)
•    Prior to co-founding Targeted Victory, Michael was the National Field Director at the Republican National Committee where he oversaw 300+ staff and 150+ field offices that resulted in 20m+ voter contact attempts.

•    In the 2014 cycle, Chris ran the digital efforts for multiple organizations, including Texans for Greg Abbott, Susana Martinez for Governor, Astorino for Governor, and NJGOP.  In 2012, Chris oversaw US Senate campaigns & State Republican Parties.  
•    Prior to joining to Targeted Victory, Chris served as the RNC Victory Director for WA in 2010, the RNC Victory Director for PA in 2008, the Western Regional Political Director for the Giuliani Presidential Campaign in 2007-2008, the Executive Director for the NVGOP in 2005-2006, and the RNC’s 72 Hour Director for WA State for Bush-Cheney ’04.
