"Dreams For My Family" Rally Urges President Obama to "Go Big"   ...1 of 3 >
July 28, 2014 - Activists are continuing to keep the pressure on President Obama to act to stop deportations.  United We Dream, an immigration youth-led organization, held a "Dreams from Our Families" rally "to highlight the stories of Dreamers and their parents, and demand the President provide affirmative relief to millions."  
"Everywhere we go, people want to know who we are, so we tell them we are the Dreamers, the mighty, mighty Dreamers..."

Carlos Padilla, the  Queer Undocumented Immigrant Project (QUIP) program coordinator at United We Dream, is from Seattle, WA and served for about five years as a project coordinator for the Washington DREAM Act Coalition.
