Jan. 22, 2014-The U.S. Conference of Mayors kicked of its 82nd Winter Meeting.  The theme of this year's conference is "innovations that lead."  Mayors from around the country are participating in various committee and task force meetings.  A number of cabinet secretaries are addressing the mayors, and tomorrow they will visit the White House and hear from President Obama.
