March 3, 2014 - Columbus is one of three cities in Ohio competing to host the 2016 Republican National Convention.  (Above) Mayor Michael B. Coleman, Franklin County Commissioner John O'Grady, and Doug Preisse, Chairman of the Franklin County Republican Party speak with reporters.  In addition to Coleman, O'Grady and Preisse, Alex Fischer, President & CEO of the Columbus Partnership and Brian Ross, President & CEO of Experience Columbus were part of the team that made the presentation.
