April 12, 2014 - Delegate Patrick Hope is a health care attorney, currently director of legislative policy at the American College of Cardiology.  He was elected to the House of Delegates in Nov. 2009, and he founded and co-chairs the Virginia Progressive Caucus.  He has also served as a staffer to Sen. Bob Kerry (D-NE) and Rep. Henry B. Gonzalez (D-TX).
