March 23, 2014 - U.S. Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), with wife Lisa Collis, opened his campaign
headquarters at 2034 Eisenhower Ave. in Alexandria.  Warner, who is likely to face veteran Republican operative Ed Gillespie, pledged to campaign on a "message of common sense and getting stuff done."
The event drew a big crowd including about half of the Democratic candidates running in the June
10 primary to succeed U.S. Rep. Jim Moran in CD-8.

Radio talk show host Mark Levine.

Also seen were former Lt. Gov. Don Beyer and State Delegate Charniele Herring.
