Lydia Walther-Rodriguez of CASA

Bill Delvac, a land use lawyer

Dulles in the evening. "This is a man that can change the
country," Delvac said of O'Malley. Delvac lauded O'Malley's
intellect and ideals. "We need a good candidate and a great
president: that's Martin O'Malley," he said.
