Lincoln Labs' Reboot Congress  ...3 of 3 >
Feb. 12, 2015 -- According to Lincoln Labs ("where liberty and technology meet"), the Reboot Congress conference aimed to "foster a dialogue about bulk data collection, net neutrality, patent and immigration reform, and other issues important to the technology community, the business community, and our nation."  Many others including Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) spoke.  Another feature of the conference was “Office Hours”, in which "developers, designers, and other technology experts will be matched with congressional staffers, think tank digital strategist and campaign operatives to whiteboard solutions in person, and encourage communication between Washington, D.C. and technology hubs around the nation."
Freshman U.S. Rep. Will Hurd (R-TX) [left} participated in a discussion on "Inefficiencies Killing Innovation and What Congress Can Do About It."
