Rubio Campaign Announces Veterans For Marco National Leadership Team

Today, the Marco Rubio for President campaign is proud to announce the Veterans for Marco National Leadership Team Co-Chairs. Veterans know that Marco is the right candidate to be the next Commander-in-Chief. He is the most qualified candidate on matters of national security and understands the importance of giving our Veterans the care they deserve. Today's leadership team announcement includes three U.S. Senators and thirteen members of the U.S. House of Representatives who have all served our country in the U.S. military.

“I am honored to enthusiastically endorse Senator Marco Rubio for election as the 45th President of the United States," said General B. B. Bell, U.S. Army (Ret.). "Most of the candidates articulate plans and programs to address many of the issues facing America. Only Senator Rubio has a clear and inspiring vision for our Nation's future as the world's premier free market economy functioning in a secure and united land of liberty, opportunity and democracy.”
“Unlike Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio has consistently voted to fund our Navy and keep us safe," said The Honorable Thomas F. Hall, Former Assistant Secretary of Defense. "There is no candidate running for president who has shown better judgment on our national security challenges and opportunities than Marco Rubio. He is the man we can trust to stand up for those currently serving our military and those who previously defended our freedoms."

"My brother has a true and thorough understanding of the challenges facing our nation, as well as the struggles of our Veterans dealing with the physical and invisible wounds of war," said Sergeant Mario Rubio, U.S. Army. "My brother fought to pass a law to bring more accountability to the Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure that those who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms get the quality care they deserve. As President, Marco will continue to fight to protect Veterans."
