Background
Established in 2010 by a group of conservatives in South Carolina, the organization is led by a board of directors from across the state. Ambassador David Wilkins serves as Chairman, Wes Jones as Vice Chairman, and S.C. Rep. Jim Harrison as Treasurer. SCCAA is organized as a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
