Governor Jindal Announces Formation of Stand Up to Washington PAC

Baton Rouge, LA – Today, Governor Bobby Jindal announced the formation of the Stand Up to Washington PAC (www.StandUptToWashington.com), a federal political action committee designed to support conservative candidates for federal office who will stand up to Washington, D.C.

Governor Jindal said, “Americans are furious with our federal government and they see the institutions in Washington, D.C. as wholly unaccountable. It’s not time simply to make a few tweaks in Washington, it’s time for Americans to organize a hostile takeover.”

Stand Up to Washington PAC will work to elect candidates committed to bringing conservative solutions to the table in 2014.Governor Jindal added, “There’s a rebellion brewing out in the states. Americans are learning that when you take sound conservative policies and put them into action they can actually work in the real world.

“I believe that the American people are ready to stand up to Washington. Our federal government is broken and we have to work on electing individuals who can bring true conservative solutions to the table.”
