CRUZ SUPER PAC ADDS SECOND
SPOT IN WI
What: Trusted Leadership PAC added in it’s second
message in a new ad in Wisconsin this afternoon, which ties together
John Kasich’s support of expanding Obamacare in Ohio with its prime
promoter, President Obama himself. It’s a bromance between Gov. Kasich
and President Obama that is centered around the governor expanding
Medicaid through Obamacare.
View the ad here: https://youtu.be/9urMkPaYZ-A.
Where: The spot will air on television in Wisconsin as well
as on
digital platforms.
Quote:
“John Kasich expanded Obamacare, voted against Second
Amendment rights, and his super PAC took money from George Soros
associates - all of these are not conservative positions. But President
Obama himself praised John Kasich’s expansion of Obamacare, which this
new ad highlights. It is a disaster and John Kasich, despite
significant opposition in his state, decided to expand it. In the
meantime, Ted Cruz fought in the Senate to dismantle Obamacare and
promises to repeal every word if elected to the White House,” said Chip
Roy, executive director of Trusted Leadership PAC.

CRUZ SUPER PAC GOES ON AIR IN NEW YORK, SEEKS TO GRAB DELEGATES
What: Trusted Leadership PAC is spending $500,000 on radio, television and digital advertising in New York State in efforts to continue to amass delegates for Senator Ted Cruz. The radio ad introduces Ted Cruz to New Yorkers, highlighting his stance on protecting the nation from terrorists and why voters trust Ted.
Two television ads will rotate. One alerts voters to the tight friendship that John Kasich has with President Obama, doing his bidding in Ohio by expanding Medicaid through Obamacare. The ad was first used successfully in Wisconsin. The ad is a pro-Cruz spot that shows conservatives coalescing around the Senator and why he will be ready on Day One to be president.

Quote:
“It’s no secret New York is a left-leaning state,
one
where Donald Trump and John Kasich should have a significant
stronghold. Yet Ted Cruz’s message of small government, ending
Obamacare and protecting our country from terrorists ring true with
Americans across the country. President Cruz will bring a ray of
light
to the oppressive, liberal policies that have governed New York for too
long,” said Chip Roy, executive director of Trusted Leadership PAC.

QUOTE:
“Actually, John Kasich cannot beat Hillary Clinton because he is too much like her on core issues - like Obamacare. Voters deserve to know this. The way Kasich embraced and expanded Obamacare has cost Ohioans $7 billion. He just said Republicans have no ideas. He's right insofar as we have no idea why he is still running.
“Our internal polling shows an appetite among Hoosiers for a conservative that has the temperament, judgment and knowledge of policy and law to be president. Senator Cruz is the only candidate that fits those qualifications,” said Kellyanne Conway, Director of Research and Media Outreach for Trusted Leadership PAC.
