March 12, 2016 - New Day For America has released a new television ad, "Hinge," responding to Donald Trump's false and misleading attacks against Ohio Governor John Kasich. "Hinge" is part of a nearly $1.5 million Ohio television buy and will air in rotation with "Talk," which began airing on March 3.

"Realizing John Kasich is on track to win Ohio on Tuesday, Donald Trump is coming unglued and desperate," said Connie Wehrkamp, New Day For America spokeswoman. "Governor Kasich has a proven record of getting our state back to work and creating more opportunity for hard-working Ohioans, and they're far too smart to believe Donald Trump's lies."

On Friday, the Trump campaign attempted to air false and misleading attack ads against John Kasich. However, New Day For America filed a complaint and stations in Cincinnati, Dayton and Cleveland have pulled the ad. Outreach to stations is ongoing.
