King participated in civil disobedience to raise unprecedented awareness of the ills of racism, poverty, and militarism. Today, we commemorate him by planning acts of civil disobedience in the streets and in the open during the Inauguration. We have been transparent in these intentions for the entire duration of our organizing.
Over the last few weeks, we have exposed four confirmed infiltrators who have tried to integrate themselves into our organizing. These are people who were working with James O’Keefe and Project Veritas. We must make this clear: These groups are doing the dirty work of Nazis, white nationalists, and other groups who are furthering Trump’s assault on vulnerable communities.
Two infiltrators appeared at an antifascist organizing meeting and immediately fell under suspicion due to their vague backstories, poor education about our movement, and unusual dress. Social media checks showed that one, Tarah. Tarah, who called herself “Tarah,” was a failed actress who was friends on Facebook with James O’Keefe.
One of these infiltrators was someone calling himself “Tyler.” Due to suspicions, the organizers initiated their vetting process with a false flag operation. Our allies at the DC Antifascist Coalition met with Tyler. Because they thought it would be a humorous venue, they arranged to meet with Tyler at Comet Ping Pong, which has recently been targeted by right-wing fake news outlets. Though the coalition members did not know who he was working for, they knew Tyler was not who he said he was. So, they met in advance of their meeting with Tyler, and planned to gave him false information about the what they felt was the most humorous red herring available: a false plot to use stink bombs at an event called the Deploraball with the so-called “Alt Right.” Tyler, as it turned out, was recording a video for Project Veritas.
False plans were discussed with Tyler. They spoke of false plans in order to protect themselves, and did not discuss any real intentions. It is laughable that Project Veritas believes that organizers would discuss secret “stink bomb’ plans with an unknown individual in a public venue. Project Veritas’ lack of judgement portrays the poor quality of their work.
The group had however purchased tickets to the Deploraball for the purpose of video taping.
“The group had no intention of causing any damage or disruption at the Deploraball,” said one of our organizers, who appears in the Veritas video. “Instead, the intent was to capture on video any compromising moments from the performers or speakers, such as the Nazi salutes that similar groups gave in November, broadcast widely by The Atlantic.”
Other infiltrators include Marissa, who, using her real first name, appeared at a small planning meeting on Saturday, January 7, with brown hair and all-American demeanor. Then the same woman appeared with dyed neon red hair and heavy gothic makeup to our DisruptJ20 Action Camp on Saturday, January 14. She was recognized immediately and promptly escorted away from the event.
At every meeting, we reaffirm our commitment to not harming anyone. We stand by our principles and are committed to building the broadest possible resistance to Trump’s agenda.

A few hours ago, we released a video showing radical, alt-left anti-fascists plotting to disrupt inauguration events by using butyric acid bombs and other tactics.
The news spread like wildfire thanks to your help.
The Drudge Report posted the video immediately and articles went up everywhere from the Washington Times to Sean Hannity’s site.
In response, the group, DisruptJ20, released a statement saying — and this isn’t a joke — they met with a Project Veritas investigator to give “him false information about what they felt was the most humorous red herring available: a false plot to use stink bombs at an event called the Deploraball.”
The group even admitted that they had already purchased tickets to the Deploraball.
It’s rare that you run into people that are simply flat out liars, but the organizers of DisruptJ20 fall into that category and laughably so.
Their plot is stopped and now they’re facing criminal scrutiny — as they should be.
They’re on the run, and I say we keep them on the run by calling in some ground support.
My team and I are packing up for D.C. right now.
We’ll be traveling with a dossier of all of the leaders and activists that we filmed during our sting on DisruptJ20 . . . and we’ll be handing out copies to other patriots in D.C.
The more people we have assisting law enforcement by observing and reporting, the better.

Project Veritas has just released Part II of a series which uncovers leaders of the DisruptJ20 movement and various affiliated fringe groups actively plotting criminal activities to disrupt President-Elect Donald Trump’s inauguration. These activities likely violate multiple criminal laws.
Project Veritas journalists were invited via Facebook to several DisruptJ20 meetings throughout Washington DC and one in Brooklyn, NY. DJ20 organizer Legba Carrefour, on January 8 at a DJ20 Spokes Council meeting expressed plans to block all major points of ingress to the District of Columbia by highway, bridge, and Metro Rail. In a conversation between him and another organizer, he explained a plan to chain trains at Metro Center, Gallery Place and L’Enfant Plaza.
“So we figured out this, the trains pull up, one person is going to lock one end of a chain to an edge, and on the other end of the chain the end of the car…done. It takes 15 seconds and everyone can leave and literally it can’t go anywhere at that point, its anchored,” Carrefour explained. “If I were to hit Metro Center, Gallery Place, and L’Enfant Plaza, they are all close enough to walk to and that’s every single line in the city.”
Carrefour more recently did an interview with the Washington Examiner. The details that Project Veritas uncovered were not mentioned in that interview by Carrefour.
In addition to blockades, the DJ20 organizers encouraged protestors to set up donations tables for the homeless at strategic locations in order to help block the traffic.
“So, we want to encourage you all to give to the poor and the homeless. Go right down to 2nd and D, help us to block the…vehicle traffic and the pedestrian traffic flowing in the inauguration. And set up tables, food, give out whatever right there, there 2nd and D a block from either direction and help to block traffic,” says Eric Sheptock, a DisruptJ20 Organizer.
On January 15, at a DJ20 Action Training Camp, the Smash Racism Co-Founder Mike Isaacson classified all Trump supporters as Nazis. When asked what to do when confronted with a Nazi that was loudly shouting their beliefs, he insisted that his volunteers punch them in the throat.
DisruptJ20 is a coalition of multiple leftist organizations including Industrial Workers of the World, the Metropolitan Anarchist Coordinating Council, Refuse Fascism, Smash Racism DC, and the D.C. Anti-Fascist Coalition.
At multiple meetings, organizers explicitly differentiated “permitted actions” and “arrestable actions.” Many volunteers and organizers expressed their willingness to be arrested; an implicit admission of criminal compliance.
Peaceful protest is protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution; coordinated blockades and shut downs of entire cities by violent means are not.
