June 6-8, 2015 - Photos of some of the billboards The 2016 Committee, the pro-Ben Carson super PAC, has placed around Des Moines.  According to an email (+), the committee planned to put up 16 billboards, both static and electronic, starting May 1 for a nine-month run costing $135,000.
