Branstad and Lt. Gov. Reynolds, bartending at Jalapeno Pete's, stopping at the Iowa GOP booth, and the pony ride, where hs campaign sponsored free rides.

On July 3 he received the endorsment of former NH U.S. Attorney Tom Colantuono at MaryAnn's Diner in Derry; and did a meet and greet event at JJ Goodwin's Eatery and Sports Bar in Center Barnstead.  Christie (and Rubio) overnighted at Mitt Romney's vacation home on Lake Winnipesaukee, and the trio "were also spotted in a local ice-cream shop."
On July 4 he attended the Wolfeboro GOP breakfast at the Inn on Main in Wolfeboro; and participated in the Wolfeboro 4th of July Parade.
