March 8, 2014--Sabrina Schaeffer, executive director of the Independent Women's Forum; Crystal Wright of Conservativeblackchick.com; Kate Obenshain, author of "Divider-in-Chief;" NH State Rep. Marilinda Garcia; and Tammy Bruce, deputy editor of the Washington Times (moderator) participated in a session on "Why Conservatism is Right for Women: How Conservatives Should
Talk About Life, Prosperity & National Security."  Obenshain, commenting on Ken Cuccinelli's recent campaign for governor in Virginia, faulted Cuccinelli for not responding to attacks.  "He said nothing; he did not respond," Obenshain said.  Wright cited response to the Obama campaign's "Life of Julia" as another example of inadequate reaction.  Obenshain also said conservatives "need to go on offense."  She urged candidates not to make stupid comments.  "Please think before you make pithy obnoxious comments," Obenshain said.
